Chicks

We have a wonderful team in our Nuthall Chicks' room. The team is made up of Lauren M, Lauren K, Paula, Rheia, Asma and Alivsi. Our Chicks' team aim to create a home-from-home environment within our setting and are always eager to support our families in anyway possible. By following home routines, creating positive bonds and forming strong relationships with parents, the Chicks' team are able to achieve a smooth and enjoyable settling in period for your little ones.

Parrots

Our Parrots' team are Leanne W, Angie, Leanne G, Jess and Alannah. With experience throughout all of the rooms across the setting, the Parrots' team are wonderful with supporting transitions throughout the nursery. The team put a huge emphasis on fun as we believe that the children learn best when they are happy and having fun. Each child is allocated a Key Worker when they arrive at Nursery. This will change from room-to-room, and may also change if a child forms a strong bond with another team member who might be a more suitable Key Worker. Through our Key Worker system, the team are able to ensure they have a sold understanding of your child's development, ready to support them with their next steps. 

"We know hundreds of songs and rhymes and can recite all of the Gruffalo without even looking at the book. We can even take you on a magical bear hunt!" - Our Parrots team.

Peacocks

Peacocks' is our lovely toddler room! The children are cared for by, Megan F, Emma, Marie, Rebecca, Katie and Cherry. Our Peacocks children have lots of fun at Nursery. Building on their experiences throughout their time with us, and exploring new activities around the room. With access to our larger garden, the children in Peacocks love to spend plenty of time outside! The team in Peacocks' are able to offer support around potty training, transitions and, of course, 2-year checks.

Eagles

Our Eagles team are Jodi, Paige, Millie, Nicole and Megan L and together they create a fun and engaging environment that supports the children's transition to Pre-school. In Eagles, the children are encouraged to join in with short grouptimes, helping to build their confidence within a group. The team promote positive relationships and support the children with becoming increasingly independent. This could be through self-care, meal times and choosing their activities! At the end of the day, the children enjoy a calmer environment, with soft music and dimmed lighting for a touch of mindfulness before home time.
